Had a decent stay, but the WiFi was pretty dodgy and the room was boiling hot. The food was top-notch though—really enjoyed the chowder!

This quiet spot impressed me with its cozy ambiance and friendly service. Staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. The twin room was spacious, and the powerful shower added a nice touch to my stay. A highlight was definitely the evening meal—tasty options with decent portion sizes. they could provide more power sockets. only two in the room made charging devices a bit tricky. The breakfast selection lacked variety, and I had wanted more choices for my continental meal. the bathroom needed some attention, particularly the chipped tiles.

The food is excellent here, enjoyable meals on every visit. Ideal location being just outside Newcastle West town.
Booked a family room for three but only found two cups and two towels. Bathroom needs attention—chipped tiles and ineffective silicone, leading to a flooded bathroom when showering. broken bathroom lock and outdated plumbing hampering overall comfort.

The room was spotless, and the shower had amazing pressure that was a nice surprise! I really enjoyed the cozy lounge area with a TV and the beautiful garden where I could relax. The only thing was that the bar seating was a bit limited, which felt odd at times. 👍

Lovely Stay with Room for Improvement
Had a pleasant one-night stay in a Single Room. While the room was comfortable, the dining options were limited. The service during dinner was commendable, yet the menu could benefit from more variety. Consider exploring alternatives if you have specific meal preferences.
